Dwight is Pifer’s Sr. Vice President of Land Management and is responsible for Pifer’s farmland management portfolio. Dwight has extensive experience in agriculture and accounting. He and his family owned and operated a diverse dairy, beef and grain farm in Adams County near Hettinger, North Dakota for many years. He was very active in the Farm Bureau, serving as president of the Adams County Farm Bureau and Soil Conservation District Board and served on the North Dakota Game & Fish Advisory Board. dhofland@pifers.com
Kevin is the founder and president of Pifer’s Auction & Realty and Pifer’s Land Management. Kevin is a former North Dakota Deputy Commissioner of Agriculture with extensive experience in agriculture, finance and management. In the late 1990s Kevin worked as Deputy Director of Intergovernmental Affairs at the US Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C. He knows first-hand the business of agriculture and is qualified to assist you in developing a strategy to sell or buy land, negotiating lease agreements, and developing a long-term plan for your farm and ranch operation.
