Jim Sabe is an auctioneer and Certified Personal Property Appraiser for Pifer’s Auction & Realty's Regional Office in Bowman, ND. Jim graduated from ND State College of Science and also attended Dickinson State University, obtaining a degree in Farm and Ranch Management. In 2011, Jim graduated from Continental Auctioneer’s School in Mankato, MN with his auctioneer’s license. Kevin is the founder and president of Pifer’s Auction & Realty and Pifer’s Land Management. Kevin is a former North Dakota Deputy Commissioner of Agriculture with extensive experience in agriculture, finance and management. In the late 1990s Kevin worked as Deputy Director of Intergovernmental Affairs at the US Department of Agriculture in Washington, D.C. He knows first-hand the business of agriculture and is qualified to assist you in developing a strategy to sell or buy land, negotiating lease agreements, and developing a long-term plan for your farm and ranch operation. Kevin has extensive experience in developing irrigation farming.
