Parcel #2: Clay County, Parcel No. 29.003.2000, 156.31 acres (Ulen Township) The Northwest Quarter (NW1/4), Section 3, Township 142 North, Range 44 West of the Fifth Prin- cipal Meridian in Clay County, Minnesota, less railroad. Containing 156 tillable acres, more or less. Said parcels will be sold separately. Bids for each parcel must state total price for that parcel, not price per acre.
