Robert Pifer is a Real Estate Broker, Licensed Auctioneer, and Personal Property Appraiser in North & South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Arizona. Bob manages Pifer’s operations in Grand Forks, North Dakota and offices in Wisconsin and Arizona. Bob has extensive experience in buying and selling Ag Land, Commercial and Residential Real Estate. As a licensed auctioneer and personal property appraiser Bob manages machinery, business liquidation and charity auctions. Jim Aaker is a lifelong resident of Lakota, ND. He attended North Dakota State University and owned and operated Aaker Funeral Home in Lakota for 25 years. He holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Mary.
